GYEON Q² Mohs EVO Ceramic Paint Coating

GYEON Q² Mohs EVO is a dedicated ceramic coating designed to provide long-lasting paint protection, strong hydrophobic performance, enhanced gloss, and a slick surface feel.

Its modified polysilazane formula is designed for smooth application and easy wipe-off, making it suitable for experienced enthusiasts as well as professional detailers. One layer provides substantial protection, while an optional second layer can extend durability even further.

Mohs EVO helps make routine washing easier by improving water repellency and reducing the tendency for dirt to remain bonded to the surface.

Available Sizes

How to Apply

1. Wash and decontaminate the vehicle thoroughly.
2. Correct paint defects if desired before coating.
3. Use GYEON Q²M Prep to remove polishing oils and surface residue.
4. Ensure the paint is completely clean, cool, and dry.
5. Apply Mohs EVO evenly to a manageable section using the supplied applicator.
6. Begin wiping and leveling the coating as it starts to react or form small beads on the surface.
7. Inspect carefully under good lighting for streaks or remaining residue.

Optional Second Layer

A second layer may be applied for additional durability.

GYEON recommends approximately 1 hour between layers, without exceeding about 2 hours. Follow the instructions supplied with the product for the specific application conditions.

Initial Curing

After application:

• Keep the vehicle dry for at least 12 hours
• Protect from rain, dew, and water exposure during the initial cure
• Avoid detergent washing for approximately 14 days
• Do not apply in direct sunlight
• Ensure stable conditions if applying outdoors

Maintenance

Once fully cured, maintain the coating with proper wash techniques and a coating-safe shampoo such as GYEON Q²M Bathe.

Products such as Q²M WetCoat or Q²M CeramicDetailer can be used periodically to support hydrophobic performance and appearance.
